今天继续是“没经费”系列。在财政紧张的情况下,小吃似乎是最佳选择。我们之前做过牛杂、做过雪糕、做过猪红汤,唯独遗漏了一样极有广州特色的美食。这个东西在外地似乎比较少见,说出它的名字来,很多外地人估计也是不明所以。它就是——“牛三星”。
